It is time for a deep breath after a roller coaster year. I am looking onward and staying hopeful. I dig deep into my craft and my art and I find solace there. I have met, and continue to meet inspiring, kind people. I am grateful for being in Uganda and exploring this immensely beautiful part of the world. What I experience here, I speak through my art.

Though I have mostly sold my images on around the A3 size, I do like the larger images and would like to print much more larger in the future. Here are some of my bigger prints, both in print, in framing and in their new homes. As always my images are printed as pigment ink on highest quality acid free, fine art photography papers (min300gsm) and are signed and numbered at the back of the image. Warm welcome to my summer online studio art sale. In addition to photography prints I also have ready to hang framed photography available.

My interest in beauty is personal. It is to learn to understand beauty as a deeper and a natural need that resides in a human being.

Within minutes the skies could turn from bright and sunny into a full scale darkest of storms. In between these two opposing phenomena, there was always a moment of stillness, a beautiful, eerie quietness, while the storm was silently gathering its full momentum. I took this image on 30th floor high rise balcony and had an eye level view towards the silently gathering clouds.

Childhood, a place where days were endless. Time, a boundless chain of imagination. A moment, simply resting in eternity.

2019 was a year of quieter, richer encounters, softer hues and curious explorations. May this year give me courage to dig a little deeper and look a little further. And wisdom to realise that I need to p a u s e more often in order to do so.

It sharpens my senses to walk a little bit off the beaten track. On that narrow path between the worry and the ease.

'Leaves & Blossoms' gallery features a single project of photographing Frangipani blossoms and variety of leaves at my home in Malaysia.
