BUTTERFLIES

To immerse in the beauty of the natural world, to find solace there , to pay attention and to contemplate is what drives me more and more as the years go by.  This is however always a delicate balance between two minds. The other wanting to name, to research, to understand and to dissect. The other needing to go beyond the thinking mind and to be immersed in the whole, often sensing a deep sense of belonging and connection. The butterfly collection was born from that  curious place where these two minds meet.
